Lake Tahoe High Country

After a morning shoot with Leon at Fallen Leaf Lake just off Emerald bay at Lake Tahoe I decided on my way back to breakfast to stopped off at a spot to I saw earlier just off the beaten track. Parked the car on the side of the road and decided a little trek was in order. After a half mile or so following this creek I decided it was best not to get too deep into the woods by ones self. I settled the tripod just on the edge of the water and took a quick capture of 6 images for this result.

While the detail is kinda lost in the small image with being so much texture in the image, when I saw the results after the stitch and being quite large around the 42 inch this image really starts to shine, well for me anyway πŸ˜‰

  4. Thanks guys. Today I converted this image to a B&W and think it looks a little nicer in B&W. Have not had a chance to post it but should do after the game in the morning tuesday.

This is really nice, Neal. Looks like it is near Glen Alpine Falls.
