Narrawallee Beach Landscape Prints

Taken one afternoon with my Brother In Law down on the beach at Narrawallee. We had a fair amount of rain and low cloud over Christmas, but there was still opportunities to photograph. I love the color of the water after a few days rain and low cloud in Summer, it has that amazing blue smokey tone to it. This shot was taken on the 27th at 4.30pm and there was just a handful of people on the beach … I gotta get back down there ….. To Live šŸ˜‰

Very nice Neal. Really cool effect with the branches in the foreground, they have a subtle glow about them. Go move there so I can visit sometime

  2. Ailsa says:

Beautiful Neal. I like the contrast of the approaching stomr and the drift wood which has obviously been dumped by the sea in previously bad weather.

  3. Cheers Luke … Certainly working on it … Anytime bud your welcome …

Cheers Ailsa … Some really nice spots down that way, so many coves and different types of rocks. Has a sub tropical feel to it.

  4. love the depth in this shot and that blue water!

  5. Cheers William …. Some really nice water over there …

  6. Julie Fox says:

What a great angle you shot that photo from – never would have thought to climb over those rocks and look back at the beach. I just love Narrawalle beach and the inlet has some great potential for your photos too! Keep thinking….moving down south…moving down south šŸ™‚

  7. Thanks Julie – I always prefer to look back on a beach IF at all possible, its always my first choice ….

Hello Neal, I’m typing this message while visiting my Mum
and Dad at Narrawallee. What a lovely photo. As I now live in
Singapore I will have to order a copy to hang on my wall to remind
me of what I miss so much about Australia. I’ve been coming to
Narrawallee since the early 1970s and although there’s been growth,
this photo proves it is still a magical place. You mentioned other
photos of Narrawallee? I would love to see these too is it possible
    to post them? Regards, Kay
