Cradle Mountain Tasmania

I guess it has been a couple of weeks since my last post. I had been saying to myself I would post a few more landscapes from Tasmania earlier than I have, but looking through the files I find the choosing of what images to stitch and then set about on post production a time consuming thing. Always looking to produce the very best I can without compromise. So I maybe posting somewhat less these days but I hope the quality is a little better than in the past.

This next image was taken one morning after hiking a short distance on frozen ice slipping and sliding all over the place, my brother and I would of looked like a couple of very amateur ice skaters doing out best not to fall flat on our asses … Lucking for us at this time of the morning in pitch black there was no one around. Just a few wombats here and there …

I tried to stay away from the locations I have seen other photographs at Cradle Mountain and came away with something quite unique in location and feel …

Thanks again to all those that visit my blog from time to time and check out my work and comment. I very much appreciate it. I am currently running a Facebook Page at the prompting on a mate in far away Canada … We are now a little over 400 likes and growing. I am also a little more active these days on the Facebook Page so if you have a profile on Facebook check out my Page on Facebook and drop us a line, would love to hear from old and new folks … Invite a few friends as well … When I reach 500 likes I am giving away a print, details listed on the notes section of the page
