Waterfalls and Trees

A blast from the past. While sending a good portion of yesterday researching and refining a certain technique I thought I would try it on on a particular image that has been lying around for a while now, never really getting to the point where I was comfortable with the end result … Well I tried a few new things out and now I am quite happy with the final image to go to print.

    freakin nice Neal. love the feel to it. and all the elements of the tree and waterfall work so well together!

    • Cheers Stephen … I had to put a fair amount of work into trying to get this image to come to life. It was always looking too flat, but I played around with some methods I use and turned things upside down and inside out and came up with a nice new little method that may work on some images as it has done on this one …
